What you need before setup
Have your Formuler device connected to the internet and your subscription credentials ready. Formuler devices commonly use the MyTVOnline application, so confirm the app is updated before adding a portal or Xtream-style account.
Set up the connection
Open MyTVOnline, add your service details exactly as provided, save the profile, and allow the device time to download channel and programme-guide data. If the provider uses a portal, double-check the server address before troubleshooting anything else.
Improve playback
Use Ethernet where practical, keep the device firmware current, and avoid unnecessary background downloads. If live channels work but VOD does not, review the player and buffer settings before changing account details.
When to contact support
If credentials are accepted but content does not load, note the Formuler model, app version and any message shown on screen. That information lets support isolate a device, network or account issue faster.
