Identify the MAG details
Record the device MAC address and model before setup. The portal configuration must match the details registered with the service.
Add the portal
Open the system settings, enter the supplied portal URL, save it and restart the device. A typo in the portal address is one of the most common reasons a MAG box fails to load.
EPG and channel loading
Allow the portal time to populate the channel list and programme guide. If the guide is empty but channels play, the issue may be guide data rather than the subscription itself.
Troubleshooting
Power-cycle the box and router, verify the portal information, and confirm that the MAC address on the account matches the device.
